Returns Policy

If for any reason you are not happy with any of your Moonleap products, then you can return them for a full refund on the cost of the products. A full product refund would also depend on the following:-

• The product(s) has not been in the possession of the customer for longer than 2 weeks
• The product(s) are received in the same condition in which they arrived with the customer
• We are unable to reimburse shipping costs in either direction
