Turn around
We only keep a small number of cushions in stock and so often we make to order. Typical turnaround for a cushion or mat is 5 working days where after we dispatch immediately. If you require a cushion for by a certain date to take to a retreat for instance, please let us know and we will do our very best to get you a cushion by that date.

Packaging
All our products are shipped in super heavyweight heat sealed poly bags.
Our cushions are shipped with an additional small quantity of husk that can be added after a few months of use after an initial small stretch may have occurred in the cushion fabric.

Customs and excise
Each country has its own laws controlling customs charges. We take steps to minimise disproportionate or avoidable customs duties and import VAT. When customers buy our products from abroad we also research the destination countries customs laws to help create the best chance of a delay free passage through the port of entry.  However, any shipment into another country has the potential to be held and inspected in customs. To date only a small number of our shipments to Australia, New Zealand and Spain have been delayed.
