What do you mean when you say 'our own reality'? Surely this reality isn't 'our' reality it is simply reality?

Whilst we are stuck in the belief that we are a fragment of an external reality, this expression ‘our own reality’ will not sit right with us. A feeling of a persistent absolute reality that is outside ourselves is only ever thought into being. It has only been a dream from the beginning. When a personal identity is believed through persistent clinging to thoughts and feelings then we can never accept it in our hearts. Seeing directly that we are born together as one with the whole of reality - then we can truly say the whole universe is our own exquisite playground. This is not the ‘own’ of a personal identity, but the OWN of the whole universe meeting itself in us.
