Do you sell supports for those who's knees do not easily come down to the ground?

We currently sell wedges that can provide some support for knees in this way. However, simply placing supports under the knees without raising the cushion is unlikely to be a good long term solution. If the knees are not lower than the hips, then the lower back will be pushed out. The resulting tension you would have to then exert to maintain an upright posture can create fatigue the back and create discomfort in the upper legs, chest and shoulders. Using the Moonleap cushion for those with flexibility limitations is explained in the video below @ 3:21
